By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final. This policy applies to all products without exception.
Why We Have This Policy
Chile Beast products are perishable frozen food items. Once an order ships, we have no control over handling during transit or storage conditions after delivery. The nature of frozen food products makes it impossible to verify the condition of returned items or resell them safely.
As a small business operating under Colorado Cottage Food regulations, we prepare each batch of fire-roasted green chile with care and attention to quality. Our products are vacuum-sealed and frozen immediately after roasting to preserve freshness and flavor.
We encourage all customers to carefully review their order before completing checkout. If you have any questions about our products, heat levels, or shipping before placing an order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Before You Order
To ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, please consider the following before placing your order:
- •Heat Levels: We offer Mild, Medium, and Hot options. If you are unsure which heat level is right for you, start with Mild or Medium. Heat tolerance varies from person to person.
- •Package Sizes: We offer 1lb, 3lb, and 5lb packages. Consider how much chile you will realistically use. Once thawed, our product should be used within 5-7 days.
- •Shipping Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct and that someone will be available to receive the package promptly. Our products ship frozen and should be placed in the freezer immediately upon arrival.
- •Shipping Destination: We only ship to the continental United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
What This Policy Means
Our no-refund policy means we cannot offer refunds or replacements for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Ordered the wrong heat level or size
- Heat level is too spicy or not spicy enough for your preference
- Package left outside and thawed after delivery
- Incorrect shipping address provided
- Shipping delays due to carrier or weather
- Product not to your taste or expectations
